Our top commitment is to provide compassionate, professional, and evidence-based treatment for our clients. In service of this, we invest heavily in the training and support of our employees. At Livity, we offer a residency training program that provides advanced training to professionals post-graduate school. Participants in our training program receive intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT, the effective treatment of eating disorders, and the business of private practice. Additionally, the development of each employee as a therapist is an integral component of our residency program. Upon completion of our program, each participant will have the necessary skills to thrive in a private practice setting.

These are full-time positions, and we offer a total of three per year. We are currently interviewing for our 2024 positions that will start in September 2024. The training portion of our program runs intensively for nine months. Additionally, you will be provided with the supervision necessary to obtain your independent license.
