EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Our top commitment is to provide compassionate, professional, and evidence-based treatment for our clients. In service of this, we invest heavily in the training and support of our employees. All new employees attend a 9-month residency training program that provides advanced training to professionals post-graduate school. During this time, all employees receive intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT, the effective treatment of eating disorders, and the business of private practice. Additionally, the development of each employee as a therapist is an integral component of our residency program.
Our practice is currently at capacity, but feel free to check this page in the future. If this statement is gone, we’re hiring! Below is a bit of background information about the positions that we offer.

ABOUT THE POSITIONS

These are full-time positions, and we offer a total of three per year when the residency program is active. The training portion of our program runs intensively for nine months. Additionally, you will be provided with the supervision necessary to obtain your independent license. If you already have your independent license, that’s excellent; we’d love to have you go through our training program, and we provide compensation incentives based on experience. Activities include:

  • See approximately 21 clients per week
  • Co-lead a weekly DBT Skills Group with a senior therapist
  • Participate in a weekly training day that is both didactic and experiential

  • Respect for work/life balance: Create a work schedule that fits your needs; we’re flexible. Additionally, we encourage you to take 4 weeks off per year, and the residency program is structured with that in mind. Work/life balance is just as important as meeting the hourly requirements
