The process of recovery is grueling at times.  It is painful and requires consistent work.  Because of this, it begs the question of “Why?”.  “Why put in all of the work?”.  “Why commit time and resources?”. “Why recover?”.

If you haven’t ever taken time to genuinely ask yourself these questions, please do.  If you can’t seem to get in connection with these answers, that’s okay, it may take some time.  The answers to these questions are like having a heart – everyone has one yet sometimes we have lost connection with it.
